From the beginning, founder Clarence Turner Jr. built the agency on hometown ideals and principles. From the first auto policy sold in 1962, Clarence Turner believed in a customer first way of doing business. In 1989, his son C. Ross Turner III joined the agency. Both were committed to developing long-term relationships by providing specialized services to customers with multiple holdings and complex needs. The agency continued to grow and expand to offering all types of insurance.
