History of The Turner Agency

The Turner Agency has a long history of providing the highest quality insurance services, including but not limited to commercial lines, personal lines, life insurance, and health insurance.

Founded in 1962 by Clarence Turner, Jr., The Turner Agency is committed to developing long-term relationships and providing specialized services to customers with multiple holdings and complex needs.  We provide proactive personal and corporate risk management, along with customized solutions for our customers.

Customer service is our highest priority.  We are proud of our high retention rate, and we want to know all of our customers on a first name basis.  Unlike other agencies where insurance may be treated as a commodity, we review your needs initially and each year thereafter to provide the precise amount of coverage needed, along with the highest quality of continued customer service and protection.

Our Promise To You

In our industry, companies push speed, claiming to get you a quote in 15 minutes or less.  “We’ll quote you over the phone,” they promise you.  What that translates to is speed over accuracy and reduces personal attention to a mere transaction.  We just don’t think that’s the best way to do business.

At The Turner Agency, we want to know you.  We care about you, your family, and your business.  While we provide speed and accuracy, we are most concerned with getting it right the first time to avoid problems down the road.  Hopefully you will never have a claim.  But if you do, we want you to have the coverage you need, as well as someone to walk you through the process.

We promise not to treat your business as a commodity.  We will review your policies annually and make recommendations if we see a potential gap in coverage or a new endorsement that may benefit you.  We will provide ease in billing by offering several options.  We will eliminate any unnecessary paperwork.
